Career
Maayan joined the Intellectual Property department at Gross & Co. in 2019, after specializing in one of the leading intellectual property firms.
Maayan advises international and local clients from a wide range of industries, including companies in the fields of software, social media, information security and cyber, e-commerce and life sciences, regarding intellectual property commercialization, management and protection.
The consultancy includes drafting license agreements and online agreements for websites and applications, managing databases, registering trademarks, conducting proceedings with the Registrar of Trademarks, and assisting in all aspects of the law of protection of privacy and infringement of intellectual property.
Furthermore, Maayan accompanies international transactions of investment and acquisition in which start-ups and technology companies in Israel and abroad are involved.
