Amir has many years of experience advising clients on corporate and securities related matters and capital markets transactions, including in particular listings and offerings of different financial products on the TASE and NASDAQ, as well as debt financing arrangements, disclosure and corporate governance issues.
Amir also represents emerging growth companies from creation through and beyond public offerings or acquisitions, and has extensive experience in day to day corporate matters, providing companies with legal advice on a full range of both complex and routine corporate and commercial issues.
