Miriam Zaltsman is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm. She represents founders, early stage companies, mature technology companies, angels, investors and venture capital funds on corporate structuring, licensing, founder agreements, incentive schemes, investment round financing agreements and exits. Miriam also advises clients of the firm on the structuring, negotiating, reviewing and drafting of the full range of commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, agency agreements, licence agreements, collaboration agreements and OEM agreements.
