Career
Nir Dash Co-Heads the Corporate and Securities department. Nir specializes in the fields of Capital Markets and Securities and in the M&A field.
Nir advises on all aspects of the “going public” process and has worked on prospectuses and other offering documents for a number of public companies. He also provides ongoing advice for public companies on all aspects of their day-to-day business, corporate reporting and compliance issues. In addition, Nir has experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and has advised on several large M&A and corporate transactions that have taken place in Israel in recent years.
Nir previously worked as a foreign associate in the Corporate department at the New York offices of Latham & Watkins LLP where his practice focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
