Lawyer Rankings

Israel > Infrastructure

Herzog Fox & Neeman is praised by some as ‘the most experienced law firm in the field of infrastructure’. Combining a deep bench of sector specialists with a pioneering track record in the development of the country’s core infrastructure, the group is a popular choice to represent public authorities, lenders, and bidding groups and concessionaires in large-scale projects. Project finance expert Mark Phillips is lauded as ‘a cut above everyone else in the market’; he co-heads the department together with Adam Eytan, whose recent work spans energy, water, defence and social infrastructure projects. The group also draws on energy and infrastructure partners Eran Wagner and Zara Gold, as well as environmental law head Ruth Dagan.
