Nir is a partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance Department.

Nir’s practice focuses on international banking and finance, representing both borrowers and lenders in all aspects of financing transactions.

Nir specializes in advising international lenders on margin loan transactions and all facets of project finance in Israel.

Nir also represents international and domestic lenders and borrowers on corporate finance transactions, as well as advising international companies on a wide-range of Israeli corporate and commercial matters.
