Tamara Tapoohi-Waldman advises on both international and Israeli tax matters, specializing in international strategic tax planning and the implementation and management of complex international reorganizations.
Tamara has expertise in the management of multinational structures. She also works with investment funds providing structure and formation advice.
Prior to joining Herzog, Tamara worked for 5 years in the United States, including at a leading tax boutique and a large multinational law firm.
Tamara received an LL.M degree in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, where she graduated with Distinction, and an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2001.
Tamara is a member of the Bar of Israel and New York.
