Position
Adv. Ido Amir’s practice focuses on Digital Banking and Payments. Ido advises banks and other financial institutions in the fields of digital banking, financial products, payments, with a unique focus on financial regulatory aspects and commercial aspects.
Ido has extensive experience in both traditional and advanced payments. Among other things, Ido advises his clients in connection with processing agreements, pay-apps, digital wallets, domestic and international payment schemes, and cards loyalty programs.
Ido combines broad legal experience with a strong business orientation.
Prior to joining Gross & Co., Ido served for more than 7 years with the Military Advocate General of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces). During that time, Ido held several legal position, including the Legal Counsel of the Home Front Command.
