Adv. Danon Shenhav has vast experience providing legal services for complex tenders in local and international infrastructure projects (including BOT, BOO and PFI transactions) and their financing, mainly in the fields of transportation, roads, energy and technological procurement and deployment.

Adv. Danon Shenhav’s background as a corporate lawyer with expertise in hi-tech transactions as well as mergers & acquisitions, and representing both the public and private sector, provides Adv. Danon Shenhav with a unique knowledge to advise on complex competitive procurement processes in accordance with the Israeli tender laws, cross border financing transactions, multinational joint ventures, technological agreements and project finance arrangements.

Among Adv. Danon Shenhav clients are the State of Israel, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of National Infrastructures, Energy and Water and the Geological Institute of Israel, Procurement Administrationgovernmental companies, municipalities, and large-scale international corporations and lenders. As part of her practice, Adv. Danon Shenhav has the privilege to represent mega national projects, which are precedential in their field, such as, the Cross Israel Highway Project, the first toll road in Israel, the Red Line LRT, the First LRT Line in Tel Aviv Metropolitan Area and the Real Time Seismic Network with Earthquake Early Warning Compatibility, a unique system and the first of its kind worldwide. Prior to joining Gross & Co., Adv. Danon Shenhav was Founder and Managing Partner of Shenhav & Co., practiced law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York in the Corporate and International Trade Departments and served as the General Counsel of the Israeli Economic Mission in New York.
