Labor and Corporate Immigration Department
Position
Yael Dolevhas extensive knowledge in advising and leading varied corporations, associations and enterprises in the field of labor law and all its aspects; both private and collective. The firm’s labor law department has extensive experience in providing legal advice to private and public government companies.
Yael, graduated from Tel Aviv University’s Law Faculty in 1985, and has been practicing law since 1987. She began her early years in firms who specialized in labor law, and has been specializing in the field for more than a decade.
In 1994, Yael founded her own boutique firm, which specialized in labor law. Her firm was very successful and was a leader in the field of labor law while maintaining a unique clientele, handpicked by Yael herself. Yael’s office was ranked in all of the top rankings as one of the most prominent offices in its field, in addition to being a boutique firm run by a woman, which was quite rare at the time.
After many years of operating independently, in December 2012, the firm decided to join forces with G.K.H. (Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg, Shenhav & Co.), a highly professional firm whose expertise in the corporate sector tailored well to Yael’s concepts in the emerging field of Labor Law.
Yael serves as co-chairman of the Bar Association’s Labor Law Forum. As part of her expertise, Yael regularly publishes professional labor law articles in leading economic newspapers and journals. In the past, she served as the executive co-editor of the “Pen and Work” magazine, published by the Tel Aviv District Committee of the Bar Association. Furthermore, Yael authored a guidebook for Israeli employers dealing with the prevention of sexual harassment, its implications and implementation of programs by employers in large organizations.
Yael regularly gives media interviews, and lectures at professional conferences and seminars in the field of law and labor relations, and at other professional forums.
Yael Dolev is also very engaged in giving back to the community and currently leads the Bat Mitzvah Project named after the late Adi Farber. This project takes place in about 16 schools in Ramat Gan, and aims to bring together religious and secular girls through women empowerment.
