Adv. Rabin is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department, and heads the intellectual property licensing practice.
Adv. Rabin specializes in international business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing and royalty transactions. Adv. Rabin manages negotiations during complex international transactions, an activity which has provided him with worldwide expertise in his line of practice. Adv. Rabin has acquired unique expertise regarding multi-national transactions in East Asia, with an emphasis on joint ventures between leading Israeli companies, their worldwide subsidiaries, and Chinese entities.
Adv. Rabin lectures at professional education programs for colleagues and clients, regarding negotiations’ management, joint venture agreements and licensing transactions.
In addition, Adv. Rabin serves as a civil law notary.
