Position
Adv. Heller is a partner and Deputy Department Head of the International Corporate and Securities Department. He specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and technology and commercial transactions, and represents a broad array of start-up companies in their day-to-day legal and business activities.
Adv. Heller represents top-tier venture capital funds in Israel and abroad, as well as international corporate and strategic investors, in a wide variety of private equity financings. Adv. Heller has handled well over one thousand equity and debt financing transactions, many of which involved complex capital restructuring, reorganizations, and spin-offs.
Adv. Heller represents hi-tech start-up companies from their early stages, and advises them on all legal, business and commercial activities, including corporate governance, finance, commercial, employment, compensation and intellectual property matters. He advises companies from a wide array of industries, and provides continuous consulting to entrepreneurs and company founders regarding their ongoing and evolving relations with their companies, as well as matters relating to company formation, recruitment of service providers, compensation matters, shareholder relations, financing and complex restructuring. He plays an active role in helping companies tackle daily challenges in all aspects of their operations and business.
