FBC – Meital Ben Basat

Mrs. Ben-Basat is a partner in FBC’s Litigation Department and her practice concentrates on corporate and securities-related litigation and commercial disputes.

Within this framework, she provides comprehensive legal assistance and advice for class actions and derivative claims, complex litigation, disputes with broad and precedential implications including arbitration, mediation and shareholder disputes-real estate litigation, lawsuits concerning technological products in international markets, and more.

Ms. Ben-Basat represents a wide range of companies, from local businesses to leading multinational companies, in a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, e-commerce, real estate, hospitals, start-ups and more.  She also has extensive experience in all court proceedings and tribunals, from arbitration and mediation to the Supreme Court.

Career

Mrs. Ben-Basat has served as a research assistant in labor law at Tel Aviv University, where she also worked as an advocate for the University’s disciplinary tribunal.

Moreover, she delivers lectures in conferences and mandatory training seminars on behalf of the Israel Bar Association.
