Position
Ms. Rosen is a partnerĀ in FBC’s Corporate Department, where she represents public and private clients in general corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on international corporate securities matters and cross-border transactions.
Ms. Rosen counsels clients on various types of Israeli and cross-border transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments.
Ms. Rosen provides ongoing corporate and securities law advice to Israeli companies publicly traded in the United States.
Career
Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Rosen was an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department of Carter Ledyard & Milburn in New York and was a member of its Israeli Practice Group, representing Israeli NASDAQ-listed companies on their U.S. securities law compliance and public and private debt and equity offerings. Prior to that, Ms. Rosen was an associate in the corporate and securities department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
