Position

Mr. Levy is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, specializing in real estate law (including real estate taxation) and planning and zoning law.

Mr. Levy regularly advises clients on some of the most noteworthy real estate transactions in Israel. He brings a combination of legal and business perspective to the table helping clients to develop overall legal and commercial strategy to achieve their business goals.

Mr. Levy represents clients in real estate transactions of all types, often valued in the billions of shekels, including residential, office and commercial projects, complex mixed-use projects and office/residential campuses, tenders (including under the government’s subsidized apartment program), rights transfer transactions, income producing properties, purchase groups, hotels and buildings designated for presentation and others.

Mr. Levy also specializes in real estate taxation and planning and construction laws and is regularly involved in major real estate transactions in the Israeli market.

Mr. Levy has extensive experience in advising clients at all stages of complex projects – purchasing the land, obtaining required permits, financing, and registration.

Mr. Levy also specializes in advising clients in various proceedings with local authorities.

In addition, Mr. Levy represents leading Israeli banks and private parties regarding the financing of real estate transactions.

Mr. Levy provides ongoing legal counsel to all his clients, participating in negotiations and managing transactions in a variety of commercial areas.

In addition to his work at the firm, Mr. Levy lectures at the Lahav Management Development Program, at Tel Aviv University.
