On the developer side, Eli Eshel has been involved in a number of large-scale evacuate-rebuild and TAMA 38 projects for Cnaan Group Entrepreneurship and Urban Renewal; this recently included a 320-unit evacuate-rebuild project in Kiryat Ono and multiple TAMA 38 projects in Ramat Gan. Other developer clients include Maribu and Paz Contractors Harav Maimon 6. Further, Eshel is advising a group of apartment owners on an urban renewal project in Tel Aviv for the construction of 350 new residential units.
