Eli is a founding partner at Eshel, Ashlagi, Rozent, Law Offices, and the head of the firm’s Real Estate and Planning & Construction department. Eli advises large and small scale entrepreneurs, home owners (entire projects), construction and management companies in Israel, Europe and the U.S, from the early stages of the land’s purchase, initiation of zoning plans, taxation, sale of apartments and offices, and until the final conclusion and registration of those apartments and offices, including cases of deviant use.
Extensive work in national land planning (Tama) 38 projects, evacuation and construction, protests and appeals to building permits and administrative petitions.
2013 – Current founding partner at Eshel, Ashlagi, Rozent, Law Offices, and the head of the firm’s Real Estate and Planning & Construction practice.

Eshel, Ashlagi, Rozent – Law Offices handles a high volume of demolition-rebuild projects across Israel for residents and developers. The group handles deal structuring, negotiations, zoning plans and registration, among many other areas. Eli Eshel is the most active member of the group and demonstrates expertise in evacuation and reconstruction projects. Meytal Katz-Rosenberg is also a key player in the practice, with strong knowledge of the taxation, construction and planning aspects of urban renewal projects, including city renewal plans.
Eshel, Ashlagi, Rozent – Law Offices‘s real estate team has a core focus on urban renewal projects, particularly projects falling under the government’s new Mechir LaMishtaken programme. The group also regularly handles combination transactions and advises on all aspects of residential property projects, including land purchases, financing and building permit requests. Practice head Eli Eshel has a long track record of advising clients engaged in urban renewal projects and currently sits as a presidential member of the National Conference for Urban Renewal.
