Eli advises large and small scale entrepreneurs, home owners (entire projects), construction and management companies in Israel, Europe and the U.S, from the early stages of the land’s purchase, initiation of zoning plans, taxation, sale of apartments and offices, and until the final conclusion and registration of those apartments and offices, including cases of deviant use.

Extensive work in national land planning (Tama) 38 projects, evacuation and construction, protests and appeals to building permits and administrative petitions.
