Career

Ronit Amir-Yaniv is a partner in the Antitrust Group at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy & Co. chair of the antitrust and sports committees at the Israel Bar Association and represents local and international clients in regulatory approvals for mergers, restrictive trade agreements and compliance programs as well as in criminal investigations, financial sanctions, assertions, hearings and representation before the Restrictive Trade Practices Tribunal and provides litigation with respect to antitrust and white collar related matters.

In addition, Ronit is a partner in the High-Tech and Commercial group in the firm and provides consultation to both local and international corporations in the fields of tourism, aviation, food, finance, and insurance, in mergers and acquisitions and in ongoing legal work (retainer) in their day-to-day matters. She also represents dozens of startups, hubs, accelerators and funds, mostly in the sports-tech, medical, foodtech, agritech, cannabis, travel-tech, proptech/constructech, AI, smart mobility, smart cities, IOT, big data, cloud, and elderly sectors. Ronit also coordinates the representations of sport associations and teams as well as sports-tech entrepreneurs.

Moreover, Ronit represents real estate developers who market their assets overseas to Israelis.

Ranked by Chambers Global in its Israel, Competition/Antitrust category, the publication states “she knows the field and the details and does a wonderful job.” She is also recognized by The Legal 500.

Ronit serves as chair of the ICC Israel Executive Committee. She is also a member of the Commercial, Competition and Antitrust Committees (global committees) of the ICC. In addition, Ronit heads the Israeli ICC Competition and Antitrust Committee and serves as Chairman of the Board of ICC Israel. She also serves as Chairman of the Board of the new arbitration institute for commercial disputes between Israeli and Palestinian business entities. Ronit also regularly lectures and leads courses at universities and at the Israel Bar on various fields including high-tech, capital raising, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and sports.

Ronit served as an officer in the intelligence department of the Israeli Air Force. She received her law degree from Tel Aviv University in 1991 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1993. Ronit joined the firm as a partner in 1999.
