Career

Elan Loshinsky’s practice focuses on the representation of companies and venture capital funds in Israel and abroad, across a broad spectrum of industries, beginning with the establishment of the company, through its commercial development and until its eventual acquisition. Elan’s experience includes providing legal assistance to companies with an emphasis on private financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as ongoing legal assistance to companies, including start-up companies.

Elan also advises tech companies in various fields, including information technology, biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical industries, research and development activities, and the sale or purchase of technologies, and regulatory matters related to the above.

Elan is experienced in labor law matters, including assisting start-up companies design employee incentive plans that match their needs.

Between 2015 and 2017 Elan was a teaching assistant (TA) for the Corporate Law and Administrative Law courses at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as being on the editorial board of the law journal “Hukim”.

Elan is fluent in English and Hebrew and is conversant in Italian and Arabic.

Elan received his LL.B and LL.M at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2016 and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2018.
