Lawyer Rankings

Israel > Dispute resolution > Dispute resolution: local litigation and arbitration

Appreciated for its ‘hands-on attitude and result-driven approach’, Arnon, Tadmor-Levy’s group is well-positioned to handle a broad spread of civil and commercial litigation. The team is arguably best-known for its dominant class actions practice, but its recent activity also spans shareholder disputes, arbitration proceedings, IP litigation, privacy matters and administrative law cases, among others. According to some, Barak Tal is ‘one of the best litigators in Israel’, particularly in the areas of class and derivative actions. The group also includes Ruth Loven, who has a prominent record in large-scale cases; Assaf Priel, who ‘thinks on his feet’; Nir Kehat, who contributes extensive experience in administrative law disputes; and Dror Varsano.
