Career

Ron Tzin heads the Firm’s Planning and Zoning and Environment practice.

Ron’s areas of expertise are planning and construction, real estate, environmental law, regulation, aviation law, and administrative litigation. These diverse and extensive areas of expertise have led Ron to become involved in some of the largest infrastructure projects carried out in Israel, accompanied by special national master plans, and in the implementation and execution of these projects. Ron’s involvement in the planning process spans the entire planning process.

In the aviation and environmental field, Ron specializes in environmental regulation regarding airport management and infrastructure facilities.

Ron lectures at various conferences on planning and construction and the environment, and additionally writes and publishes a blog called “the Balcony”, which deals with these topics.

In 1995, Ron was one of the founders of the law firm Galon-Tzin. In 2005, Ron became a senior partner in the law firm Shavit, Bar-On, Galon Tzin, Vitkon, & Co.  In 2021, Ron, along with several partners, joined the Tadmor Levy & Co. law firm as a partner.

For many years Ron and his partners have been ranked in the list of leading lawyers in the field of planning and construction in Israel according to the ranking of the Dun’s 100’s, and in the elite group according to the ranking of BDI.

Ron has over 30 years of experience as a legal advisor, and his clients include authorities and government companies, public companies, academic institutions, real estate entrepreneurs, municipalities, and local committees.
