Georgeta started her collaboration with NNDKP in 2004.

She became familiar with a diversity of business models while assisting both large multinational companies and domestic clients. She gained significant industry expertise and was constantly connected to the business environment, benefitting from the variety of the clients’ industries, as well as from her active role in the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Romania) Competition Committee.

Georgeta has focused on projects with great impact on companies’ business: investigations and related competition litigation, including pleading before EU courts (General Court), merger clearance in multijurisdictional M&A transactions, competition compliance in the clients’ day-to-day business.

Georgeta started her collaboration with NNDKP in 2004 and coordinated the Competition Team for 15 years, before taking the role of Of Counsel in 2023.
