Alina Radu has 26 years of professional experience and is a Partner heading NNDKP’s Banking and Finance practice at NNDKP. Her expertise covers assisting financial institutions and borrowers in major financing transactions, project finance and banking regulatory matters, including launch of new banking products, preparation of standard documents for credit institutions, restructuring of loans, sales and acquisitions of loan portfolios and a wide range of regulatory aspects. Also, she has been significantly involved in privatizations and other foreign investment projects.
