Position

Counsel in Dispute Resolution Practice. Deals with litigation under criminal business law (white-collar crime), criminal liability of business entities and penal fiscal cases. Advises on protection of personal rights and press law. Expert on criminal law in the Analysis Department at the Chancellery of the Polish Sejm. Provides expert advising the Criminal Law Codification Committee and in 1992-1993 expert advising the Civil Law Codification Committee. Co-operates with the Helsinki Foundation in the Observatory of Freedom of the Media and the Innocence Clinic projects. Associate professor at the Institute of Criminal Law at Warsaw University. Lecturer on Post-graduate Studies in Tax Law, Post-graduate Studies in Organised Crime, Post-graduate Studies for Judges and Prosecutors.
