Position

Doctor of law specialising in competition and consumer protection, constitutional law, European business law and pharmaceutical law. Marcin is an expert on food law, especially issues involving borderline products, dietary supplements and cosmetics, and medical devices and biotechnology products. He also advises on the promotion of medicinal products after entry into force of the Reimbursement Act, and the FMCG sector on advertising in respect of alcohol products and tobacco. Marcin advises companies on matters relating to anti-competitive arrangements, abuse of dominant position, and practices that harm the collective interests of consumers. He also advises business associations in consultations over legislative bills, and the insurance sector by assessing legislative solutions.

Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and Associate Research Fellow in the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at Oxford University. Education

Graduated in 1999, University of Wroclaw. In 2002, he gained his doctorate in law in the field of public law theory.
