Position

Partner specialising in mergers and acquisitions, company law and personal data protection law. Bartosz has run numerous complex M&A negotiations, and advised on foreign investments in Poland, including greenfield investments, as well as Polish investments abroad. He is the Head of the DZP Go Global Programme. Actively develops and maintains foreign contacts. Focuses mostly on the UK and Scandinavia. Frequently visits London, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo which resulted in unique, deep and trusted relations with investors (including PE and VC), bankers, lawyers and advisers operating there. He has also advised on the implementation of personal data protection systems and the electronic signature concept in Poland, along with numerous leading Polish and foreign companies on the legal aspects of their operations. He heads the DZP’s Data Protection Team.
