Has advised on numerous real estate lease and leaseback transactions. Advised on the first and second post-war issue of mortgage bonds in Poland, the first and second securitisation transactions carried out by a Polish bank, the first bond issue carried out by a foreign bank, and the financing of the public sector by credit and debt instruments. Participated in preparing standard documentation for derivatives on the domestic interbank market and legislative work on amendments to the Bonds Act Bank Arbitrator at the Polish Bank Association.
