Partner in Corporate and M&A Practice. Specialises in commercial and civil law, particularly in domestic and international M&A transactions, and investment agreement and commercial contract negotiations. Advises both buyers and sellers in M&A projects. Has handled numerous restructuring projects in domestic and international capital groups, including cross-border mergers involving Polish entities as both acquirer and target. Advises clients on corporate matters, e.g. selecting optimum operating form and the formation, functioning, transformation, merger, demerger and liquidation of business entities. Has extensive experience in advising in corporate disputes at both pre-litigation and litigation stages. Supports clients in areas relating to creation of corporate governance, supervision and management liability.
