Serkan is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution department. Serkan joined Bener in November 2015 and become partner as of January 2020. He assists clients in lawsuits arising from Commercial Law, Labor Law, Criminal Law and Debt Collection. He also assists clients for Rental Law, Collective Bargaining processes, Bankruptcy and Concordatum proceedings.  He provides support to clients regarding Arbitration and International Dispute Resolution.
