Adeshola advises corporate entities on commercial dispute resolution within Nigeria.

[Adeshola has worked as Legal Adviser (Trade) Commonwealth Secretariat, where he provided technical legal advice to support the negotiation of the Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations with Australia and New Zealand. He was involved in the negotiation of the Economic Partnership Agreement with the European Union, and the Trade in Services Chapter of the Pacific Island Countries Trade Agreement. He has worked at Maastricht University, the Netherlands, where he conducted research on global economic governance.]

Adeshola is a recipient of Carnegie Foundation and European Union Scholarships.
