Career

Damola has experience in the workings of IP and Competition Law from both sides of the Atlantic. He routinely advises tech startups, both local and international corporates on the enforcement of their IP rights. As a DAAD scholar in Intellectual Property and Competition law, he has considerable publications and working papers in these areas of the law. Some of his working papers include a review of the last two decisions of the Nigerian Supreme Court on collecting management of copyright in Nigeria, an analysis of the US Antitrust law on refusal to deal. He speaks some Deutsch.
