Mitchell advises local and international clients on regulatory and compliance matters, insolvency, receivership and aviation.

Mitchell has previously been seconded to organisations including the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA); and Arik Air Limited (in Receivership).

He also led the team that delivered the LSE Africa Business Summit in 2015; is a fellow of the Program for African Leadership (PFAL) at the LSE, and serves as the Assistant General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association’s SBL subcommittee on banking finance & insolvency.
