Career

Before joining CBA in May 2017 as Partner, Francesco developed his professional experience working for leading Italian and international law firms, initially as Associate, and from 2014 as Partner in the Milan office of an international law firm (Watson Farley & Williams).
He mainly advises domestic and international banks on banking law, asset finance and structured finance. His experience also includes advising financial institutions, corporates and investors on real estate finance, project finance, asset finance (with a special focus on transactions made in the field of port sector and shipping, also for M&A issues), and structured finance
