• previously collaborated with major law and tax firms, including Studio Trivoli in Rome and Studio Associato KLegal (KPMG) in Parma
• he began collaboration with CBA Studio Legale e Tributario in 2003. He has been advising on tax assessments and litigations for almost 20 years. In this context, he successfully dealt with a broad variety of cases, and acquired extensive expertise on the most complex tax issues.
  He also provides advice on the resolution of specific, substantive tax issues in connection with M&A transactions, protection and handover of family-owned businesses and family wealth, tax treatment of innovative start-ups, real estate, finance and energy matters, and large-scale retailers, which he has been counselling on a continuous basis, for more than 15 years, on tax litigation and extraordinary transactions
