Career
Partner, admitted 1992. Jean-Paul advises clients on complex issues of cross-border and domestic corporate, finance and securities law. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he was a partner at Linklaters LLP, Luxembourg for many years. Jean-Paul is the author of various publications in the areas of company and financial law and a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg. He is a member of the Business Law Commission of the Luxembourg Bar, and of the commission at the Ministry of Justice in charge of the reform of Luxembourg company law. He is also a regular speaker at conferences.
