Dr. Gautier Busschaert is senior attorney at Van Olmen & Wynant, specialised in employment law.

He holds a PhD from the University of Leicester and was formerly a teaching assistant at the UCLouvain. He is also co-author of the Belgian reports for the Commission-funded European network on free movement of workers and used to be a legal adviser in IP and European law at Markides, Markides & Co (Nicosia, Cyprus). He contributes to European Employment Law Cases and is working on a research project for the European aviation industry. Publications include contributions to international academic journals, and his PhD is published as a book by Intersentia.
