Thomas specialises in providing commercial advice on Mergers & Acquisitions and has been doing so for over 16 years. He regularly helps clients on investments, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, Private Equity, Growth and Venture Capital as well as equity capital markets transactions. Thomas has worked across sectors but particularly in FinTech, including in-house at ION Trading, a leading global Financial Services software vendor. His clients include founders, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, private equity houses, fast growth companies, high net worth investors, technology groups and owner managed businesses.
