Position

Nick is a Partner in the employment team and has over 20 years’ experience advising on the legal aspects of international HR projects.

Nick has particular expertise advising a number of major clients on employment structures, including the use of dual contracts. He recently advised a Japanese pharmaceutical company on the establishment of a European Works Council. This included setting up a negotiating body for the EWC with employee representatives, and subsequently drafting its constitution.

Nick also advises on employment aspects of cross border acquisitions and business transfers.
