Karl is Partner and heads the Real Estate & Construction practice group at PwC Legal Austria. He specializes in real estate and corporate law and has over 20 years of professional experience. He is an expert in large-scale real estate transactions, both national and cross border, and has substantial experience with real estate developments, particularly in connection with planning and construction agreements. Over the last years, he has been applying his expertise specifically to transactions and developments in the hotel and leisure industry.

Before joining PwC Legal Austria in July 2018, Karl was partner at Wolf Theiss, Austria’s biggest and one of CEE’s largest law firms, where he was the co-head of the hotel and leisure practice.
