Career

Lindsey is a lawyer with EY Law Belgium as of September 2010. Prior to the start-up of EY Law, she worked as a legal consultant at EY Tax Consultants. Lindsey has extensive experience in dealing with legal matters for international and local corporate clients. Lindsey has advised a large number of leading national and international (listed) companies, including joint ventures, in company and commercial law matters, such as cross-border restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, entity compliance and governance services and coordination on large (multi)national projects. She counsels companies on day-to-day general corporate and legal matters.

Lindsey’s field of legal expertise includes:

Cross border restructuring;

Entity Compliance and Governance Services;

Commercial law;

M&A.

Lindsey joined Donahue & Partners LLP in New York in January 2015, representing the Belgian legal desk. In this context she advises multinational and listed companies on worldwide cross-border restructuring and corporate law.

She has advised start-ups in making the right decisions when it comes to choosing a legal structure and assisting with the practical side of starting up a company. But also, in later stages, she has supported scale-ups with their search for further funding, managing (partial) exits and expanding their business internationally.

Lindsey is a speaker at seminars on corporate law.
