Prior to joining EY Law, Yura worked as an Associate Partner in one of the leading Law firms in Bulgaria – Penkov, Markov and partners. She leaded the Compliance, Competition and Consumer protection and Administrative proceedings practices. Worked primarily in the area of EU, competition and consumer law, regulatory law, litigations, general corporate, M&A etc.; Provided a broad range of legal services to diverse clients, including international/multinational and domestic companies, with various scopes of activity, such as: clients in the banking, financial and energy sectors, the military industry, the postal market, the automobile industry, the pharma and cosmetics sectors, the food and beverages industries, the IT markets, the cement industry, the retail chains, the retail of furniture etc.
