Position

Dieter Gränicher is a partner on the Corporate and Commercial and Private Clients teams. He advises Swiss and international companies and individuals in those areas and represents them before arbitration tribunals and national courts. He also acts as arbitrator, board member, and executor of wills and provides notarial services (including in relation to German matters).

He has a strong track record in complex contractual projects and restructuring (shareholder agreements, outsourcing, corporate transactions, etc.) and a wide range of infrastructure projects (in the chemicals and pharmaceutical industries as well as energy industry).

He has a wealth of experience and expertise in national and international commercial disputes, with a focus on manufacturing, supply, distribution and licensing agreements, agreements for work and services, and corporate litigation.
