Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Maciej worked for international law firms in Warsaw and London where he oversaw complex cross-border M&A transactions for corporates and financial institutions, as well as strategic projects for banks. He also has significant hands-on experience advising on infrastructure and renewable energy investments.

Maciej is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University and an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland.
