Joanna advises clients in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, including litigation on bankruptcy and restructuring related matters, as well as on real estate mezzanine financing. She regularly represents debtors, funds, Polish and international investors involved in bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings, foreclosures, distressed assets purchase transactions, as well as loan and claims trading. Joanna also has extensive experience in representing creditors and Polish debtors in numerous financial transactions comprising issuance of bonds, granting syndicate loans and other loans and financing of acquisition of companies.
