Bruno has over ten years’ professional experience. He regularly advises on local and international acquisitions and traditional secured debt financing. He also advises on matters of financial regulation, corporate investigations and real estate transactions. In addition, Bruno has across-the-sector experience in the automotive industry. He advised Tier suppliers and sub-suppliers and automotive distribution clients. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Bruno worked for a well-known international law firm in Slovakia. More recently, Bruno acted as a Corporate Counsel for a private client operating in the global chemical industry, supplying predominantly to automotive clients. In this role, he advised on a broad array of the group’s activities in Europe and Asia as well as the group’s expansion into India and acquisition initiatives in Europe.
