Jarryd Mardon is a Senior Associate, practising in a number of areas namely: Arbitration; Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions; Dispute Resolution; Banking & Finance; Private Equity; and Property/Real Estate. He is a specialist advising on commercial transactions and drafting of commercial agreements within various sectors and industries; commercial dispute resolution and arbitration; trade and consumer law; credit law; commercial property transactions and developments; due diligence investigations; administrative law; company law and corporate governance. Jarryd represented Rhodes University at the 22nd African Human Rights Moot Court Competition in 2013, winning the award for “Best Memorials” (Heads of Argument); and was a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society (2009 – 2013) and Treasurer of its Rhodes University Chapter (2012).
