Danny Andropoulos advises in the Banking & Finance and Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas. He specialises in various aspects of banking and finance including asset finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, preference share transactions and corporate debt restructure, acting variously for lenders (in both the single lender and in the syndicated lender environment) and borrowers.
