Director Kevin Trudgeon heads up the Commercial practice area, advising in matters related to Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment Funds & Private Equity. Kevin’s broad area of specialisation includes securities law; banking and financial services regulation; black economic empowerment transactions; corporate finance and structuring; debt capital markets; and employee incentivisation plans. He also advises on exchange control; leveraged and acquisition finance; leveraged and management buy-outs; listings/flotations; private equity; project and limited recourse finance; syndicated and bilateral financing structures; and mergers and acquisitions.
