Career

Stefanos Charaktiniotis is a partner of our corporate commercial practice. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2003 and joined our firm in 2005.

Stefanos focuses on corporate, commercial, anti-trust, M&A and real estate law. He has experience in antitrust practice, advising businesses operating in Greece through local subsidiaries or distributors on their compliance with antitrust specifications of EU and Greek antitrust law. He regularly advises and assists international clients on multinational transactions triggering a notification obligation with the Hellenic Competition Commission. He is also engaged in carrying out legal due diligences, drafting and negotiating share purchase and ancillary agreements and undertakes all formalities required for the implementation of acquisitions.  He also advises on a wide array of legal issues related to all forms of arrangements and contracts in connection with real estate property.
