Position
Danae Papadatou is a senior associate of our dispute resolution practice. She has experience in commercial and intellectual property litigation, as well as other civil legal disputes, such as breaches of contract, debt collection cases, medical malpractice, company disputes and disputes arising from any kind of torts, both for plaintiffs and defendants. She also advises clients on enforcement proceedings, as well as on all types of business transactions and commercial agreements, such as leasing, franchising and commercial cooperation.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2016 and joined our firm in 2019. Danae is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
