Position

Elpida Karathodorou is a Senior Associate and focuses on corporate, commercial and M&A. She advises international businesses planning to operate in Greece on their establishment, structuring and their day-to-day corporate commercial practices. She also has been involved in a wide range of multinational M&A transactions by carrying out legal due diligence and drafting transactional documentation for the completion of acquisitions.

She has finally extensive experience in advising corporate clients on employment matters related to their day-to-day operation in Greece, including employment contracts, secondment of employees, redundancies, assignment of personnel through temp-work agencies while etc.

She was admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar in 2010 and joined our firm in 2012. Elpida is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
